Our Locations
Reach Out and Read Greater Philadelphia currently includes 75 primary care health centers, 6 neonatal follow-up programs and 1 cardiac developmental follow-up program in Southeastern Pennsylvania (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties) reaching approximately 138,000 young children, ages newborn through 5 years.
This year the Reach Out and Read Greater Philadelphia doctors and nurse practitioners will need to provide more than 200,000 brand-new books at primary care well visits for the young patients, ages newborn through 5 years.
